Our Rooms

Our rooms completely reflect the warm tuscan style. Proof of that is the ceilings with exposed beams, the wrought iron beds and the head boards made out of antique doors hand painted.

The rooms offer a view over the greenery of the Tuscan Maremma so to dive completely in the quiet and tranquility that only here you can experience, waking up with the birds singing.

Smoking is forbidden in every room and animals are not allowed.

Outdoor private parking is free for all the Guests of FicOlivo.

Papavero

Double bedroom, 14m2, can accommodate up to 2 people, full of comforts, private bathroom with shower and view over the Tuscan countryside.

Girasole

Double or triple bedroom, 14m2, can accommodate up to 3 people, full of comforts, private bathroom with shower and view over the green valley.

Lavanda

Double bedroom, 14 m2, can accommodate up to 2 people. Lavanda is on 2 levels with a private bathroom with shower and view over the greenery of Maremma.

Margherita

Double or triple bedroom, 18m2, can accommodate up to 3 people. Margherita has its private bathroom with shower and view over the Tuscan countryside.

Tulipano

Double bedroom, 18 m2, can accommodate up to 2 people. Tulipano has its private bathroom with shower and the view over the outdoor pool.

Camelia

Double bedroom on the ground floor, 14 m2, can accommodate up to 2 people. Camelia has its private bathroom with shower and view over the private entrance to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets.

 8,0 ☺der Pool sowie das  saubere Zimmer mit Minibar haben uns gut gefallen. Auch das Frühstück mit Bagette,  Schinken,  Käse,  Marmelade und auf Wunsch gab es auch Rührei sowie der selbstgemachte Kuchen hat uns geschmeckt. Der Kaffee war auch lecker. Die Tochter des Hauses war sehr freundlich und konnte gut Englisch sprechen. ☹Zimmer war sehr hellhörig / man kann seine Nachbarn sprechen hören

 10 Esperienza stupenda. Torneremo sicuramente! ☺Immersa nella natura, tranquilla, camere spaziose e confortevoli. La posizione è ottima, a pochi minuti è possibile visitare vari paesini e borghi. Il personale è accogliente, solare, disponibile.
